iPad Apple exchanges policy

    Does anyone know whether Apples 14 day returns & exchanges policy applies to resellers as well? AppleCare claims it does. Anyone had any experience of this?

    Your reseller will have a return policy. Who was the reseller?

    Returns relate back to the seller. Warranty issues will be handled directly by Apple.

    Looks like you will need to be very specific with your product, which you have not done so here. It would help if you could be specific, then click the link provided, and deal with Carphone Warehouse. If you have questions, here is their number:

    I'd call but I am in the US and it wouldn't really do you much good to do everything for you. ;)

    Thanks for the info. I tried that number but I didn't get an answer. I guess Ill have to take it to a store when I get time.

    Nope. Resellers have their own policy.
