Half a star reduction for an "annoying clickety-clack keyboard" -- all things considered, a fine rating. Few things are perfect in this world, be they from Apple or any other manufacturer.

I actually like the clickety-clack sound, so much better than the sound my Windows computer keyboard.

The article was a little lacking in details. Didn't really say much, but I like my iBook so if others want to say nice things about it I'll go along with it.

It was about as thin in detail as Nicole Ritchie is in the flesh department. With the iBook being a widely known commodity for several years now, it may have been the writer's lame/lazy way of saying that the laptop speaks for itself.

It is an excellent computer, but he definitely needs to offer more to readers than what he did. If he covered Iraq for a newspaper, would he only write: "There were more bombings today with dozens killed and many more injured. it is a real mess over in that country."

They didn't really touch on some important stuff. Like capable of 1.5GB RAM, expandable to 100GB HDD, the ATi 9550 32MB Graphics, the OS - Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. The article could be better. The rating could be even better.

    clickity clack -

Different keyboards sound and feel a little different... but I never notice a thing when I use my sister's iBook.
