Just checking stock market numbers and surprise:

AAPL market cap = $28,340.998 Mil
MSFT market cap = $27,885.603 Mil

Remember this week... the week that Apple grew past Microsoft.

Even if only temporary, what a great year it has been for our
    favorite computer company.

You must be a pretty poor investor :D ... according to my info:

    MSFT Mktcap: 278.86B (billions)
    AAPL Mktcap: 28.52B

MSFT is only roughly 10 times as big now.

You probably got the volume mixed up

Might be an order of magnitude off there (shifted a decimal)

    Apple 28.52 Billion

    Microsoft 278.86 Billion

    ---

Edit: At least we are now trading above the number of share Microsoft has outstanding.

We're now trading 2.5 times above the "number" of shares Microsoft has out.

Talk about humiliating for a computer company, when you stocks market cap is below Microsofts number of shares.

Apple is NOT bigger than Microsoft ("not", not "now")

Yeah, you've got a typo there. MSFT's market cap is closer to $300 billion.
