    Green flashes?

I thought that one of the 'advantages' of the Mac was the limited choice of hardware that it works on... to avoid just this type of problem...

i've had plenty of graphic anomalies since upgrading (things stretching out into triangular shapes for a few milliseconds and stuff), but no green flashes

Green Flashes symbolize when a man comes back from the dead.

    :D

I've seen flashes of green. But the flashes were envious looks from Vista users. :D

If this were happening to any significant degree (or any degree at all) I would be reading about it here, not in some Australian trade publication that represents the corporate IT industry.

I know the atmosphere can occasionally flash green right after sunset. It's a rare thing, that I think can only be seen from the west coast...

    No drugs are involved.

if someone hasn't complained about it on macrumors then it doesn't exist. you can probably find 5 posts a day from a joined (insert this month) 2007, about all the problems they have.

i haven't seen the "official green light on leopard thread" or the "i'm switching back to windows because of green flash" thread... so i think it's safe to say this is bunk.

The only green flashes I have seen are on my feet.

Here is the original thread the article was talking about.

I've had plenty of niggling problems, most recently with the "save" dialog box not responding, but so far I haven't had any flashing green lights (I used to take drugs to achieve the effect back in the day . . . .)

The green flash at sunset can also be seen on the "west coast" of Michigan.

    I've seen it.

No green flashes here, that is unless you count the clown fish desktop background which is green beyond all reason.

    Green flashes?

Nope, no green flashes. But when I looked behind the wallpaper, I saw some little dwarfs...

For some reason what bothered me most about that article was when they said it was officially called "Mac OS X 10.5." That translates to "Mac OS 10 10.5," which makes no sense.
