Apple menu item for restart in windows?

Is it possible to add an item to the Apple menu under Restart, for restart in a different partition?

Right now to start up in XP I go to System Pref>Startup Disk and so on. It would much easier if there was a menu item I could just click and go.

Why don't you just restart, hold Option, and then choose your Windows partition?

Uh, yeah. Hold the Option key when you hear the "Bonnngggg...."

Yes that does work.. but I still would like to know if what I said is possible.
