Apple Pay – Incorrect Card Designs

When you load a card into Apple Pay, you should see a card that looks like the one in your wallet.

For Apple Pay users, how do your cards appear in Apple Pay? Does it look like your own card? Or is it generic?

My Apple Pay looks like this

Yep my old cards had my picture but my bank replaced all of my personal and company cards with chipped one and the picture option is gone.

Whatever the bank decides to put there that's what goes. As long as I can tell which card is which that's really what plays a role for me.

I am with you. I want my cat on my cards but Wells Fargo said it was impossible. I know Apple Pay won't either.

Capital one said they are fixing it. First world problem it may be, but that's where we live right now.

I won't be happy until the generic look goes away.

Maybe instead of waiting for them to fix the design in Apple pay you can get them to send you a card that looks like the one in Apple pay. Problem solved.

If that's the reasoning behind it, you must find pretty much everything in life unusable since pretty much nothing is perfect.

How am I supposed to keep track of what's being purchased when the information is not displayed correctly?

Use the Capital One app and the Capital One Wallet app. Then you could find something to complain about with them. Must be a rough life for you where everything isn't exactly the way you want it. SMH

Interestingly enough, my US Airways card became the Aviator Red card yet Apple Pay still shows US Airways. I would think it'd change but maybe I need to re-add it?

Wells Fargo does offer you to upload a picture to place on their physical cards. And when you do the new cards have chip and PIN too.

You're Apple Paying wrong!

As long as the general color scheme is the same, I would be happy. I understand how it would get you. But, just be happy you can Apple Pay; my bank will probably take years to catch on even though they say they're working on it.
