Rumor #1 was true, now we wait for iTunes later today and iOS 4.2 on friday (still crossing my fingers for iOS to be released today, I can't wait for AirPlay).

What about the USB fixes? My phone works with old MBP over USB but not with the new 2010 models.

iOS updates (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) get released in the AM (around 8-10am pst), but Mac OS updates get released around Noon-4pm pst.

And the usual question as these "release" articles often leave it out - build number please?

Good, but I'll be nice and let all the "Gotta have it" people download it first and beta test it for me. ;)

Where exactly can I download it? It's not appearing in software update for me.

Downloading! Yay! If someone with GM iOS4.2 on iPad can show any signs of AirPrint with shared printers, let us know!

    *waits for the combo*

I only put a new hard drive in my Macbook Pro this morning (meaning I had to download the 10.6.4 combo earlier) now I have another 1gb download, hurrah! (I have two Macs, easier to download the combo for me, plus I'm only kidding, I love updates! ;) )

    Combo Update please!

.. is it still a better idea to use the Combo instead of the control panel?
(previously the Combo's would have more recent drivers)
