Hopefully my new iMac is closer than I thought... :)

    /me crosses fingers...

Love the way the page title for the 'Back Soon' announcement is "The Apple Store (U.S.)", even though I'm on the UK store...

there has been a lot of talk of speedbumps and maybe new LCDs, maybe this is actually going to happen. :D

For some reason I was thinking next Tuesday - I've been away all month and it seems January just flitted away. Oh well.

The store will probably go live around 9 AM EST.

A-HA! I went on there to shop for either an iMac or iBook this morning. Thank God I didn't buy anything yesterday!

Can't wait to see what the're up to!

    RE: Apple Store Down

"We are busy updating the store for you and will be back within the hour."

"within the hour", oh boy, oh boy! I hope to see a new iMac this morning!

Hmmm... Front page for the UK store is back with no noticeable changes - however, when I clicked on the iMac page it threw me back to the "Back Soon" page, so there's maybe still hope...
