Apple Store Error!

    :eek: Well it's not that big a deal, but I just noticed this when I was customising a MacBook. Maybe they just forgot to update it when the new C2D MBs got released.

    I'm hoping that sarcasm doesn't come across well on the Internet. Otherwise, i'm buying my FIRST Mac, and dumping my PC.

    Anyway, I went into an Apple Store today and let one of the employees know, he said he'd fill some stuff in and "let them know." I may have contributed something to Apple. :D

    The same guy told me he has permission to give me more discount than I am entitled to. I am entitled 6% discount because I work for a company that has a deal with Apple, but the employee told me he could give me 14% off! I got his Apple card so i'll ask for him when I go to buy my MacBook!

    that was an extremely professional guy you talked to.

    he knows his job.

    especially when it comes to computers it's hard to find "business-professional-" shop assistants.

    good he gave you 14%.

    Your company will like it.

    I have twice.

    Once, they failed to respond and never fixed the problem (it was a small one, but still).

    The second, they claimed nothing was wrong and it was fixed within minutes.

    That's what I get for hoping for a free Mac Pro out of gratitude! :rolleyes:
