I was at my local apple store today picking up supplies and I decided to take another look at the MBP's again. I was standing around waiting to look at the MBP's when I am listening to the sale rep talk to this guy who didnt know what a computer was or was playing stupid for the guy to get info, so anyways I am listening to this guy ask question my 8 year old neice could anwser and the rep was just giving him misimformed information. the guy was asking how to setup a wireless network in his house and the rep was telling him that the airport express would be good for a 3 lvl house (and the APE would be located in the basement of the house) I seriously had to restrain myself from just butting in and telling him what to get and how to install it. the gentleman still has dial up and wanted to know if he could get info on a wireless service provider. has anyone ever had this happen to them or been around in a apple store when this is going on. I even might have heard one other guy talking about how the mac OS doesnt have viruses like windows does there it is more stable, now to me this is misleading and yes mac is more stable than windows both have there drawbacks and faults and as for the virus thing I dont think he was completely honest as a sales person (if I heard right).
