Apple TV extremely slow with new Time Capsule

Upgraded my router to the 3TB Time Capsule when I got my new air... since then my Apple TV is having huge problems over wifi, pauses every few seconds to buffer from netflix, airplay is simply awful, artifacts all over the place and it seems like a new frame loads every couple seconds... and streaming media through my iTunes is just as bad... Anyone else having these problems? Any quick tip solutions?

I don't think so, my Air's wifi is doing just fine, this is more of a problem between the router and the ATV. Getting between 30 and 60 MB/S on speedtest on the notebook.

Yep, for some reason I always trust that that method never works... why wouldn't it be some deeper issue? Anyway, sorry for wasting your time and thanks for the quick replys! Do I need to delete this thread or do the mods do it automatically?
