Apple TV Replacement? Seagate

What do you guys think of this as a possible apple TV replacement? http://9to5mac.com/Seagate-FreeAgent-Theater-Plus
I am looking for something like the apple tv but I want it to be able to handle blurays because I have so many of them. The Appletv will only handle 720p, not 1080p. Do you guys think this could possibly be a good apple tv replacement for us who want the bluray compatibility and being able to play more file formats?

This thing just got officially announced today. I'd suggest waiting on at least a few real reviews.

Spec wise, it shows us some features that could definitely be included in a next-gen TV platform, without having to raise the price of the TV. Functionality wise though, can a hard drive maker deliver a good user interface (see WD's version of this same kind of thing, and what people say about that UI)?
