Hi,

I am looking to buy my first Apple TV. One thing I'm dealing with is the Wi-Fi range. My loft is pretty far away from the router. To compare: my iPhone and iPad can hardly make connection to Wi-Fi from my room. My MacBook Pro on my desk has very fine connection and using that daily on a decent speed. How is Apple TV Wi-Fi comparing to people who both have a Mac and are 'pretty far' away from their routers?

Thanks!

my router is far away from my tv and apple tv, and sometimes loading takes a bit, however once a video is playing since there is buffering built in it seems to run perfectly after that

worst case scenario go grab a airport express and bridge your internet so that it extends the range

9 times out of 10 its dependant on the router, not your device.

My room is in the loft as well, and I get full bars to a £120 belkin router on the 5GHz network.
