    I would love to see how this is in violation of any Apple held copyrights, patents, or trademarks.

    True, this way just generates more publicity for the iGasm AND keeps the conservative public happy, it's a win-win for Apple.

    They're only complaining about the ads, not the device, and they have every right to..

    It's platantly piggybacking on Apple's established ad campaign, but it's pretty funny anyway. XD I guess they can claim parody? Can you do that in advertising? I don't know!

    IMHO, its far too close to Apple's advertising. Naughty Ann Summers. Someone should give them a spanking!

    There's no "too close" about it! It's an exact clone, down to the shade of red.

    Apple has every right to say "quit using this ad". They're probably not thrilled with the "i" prefix either, but i don't know if they're protecting that.

    Now then, is there a model for males?
