Does anyone know what font Apple uses in their advertising?

    Thanks!

The old font was a custom tweaking of Adobe Garamond, called Apple Garamond. As for the brand new san-serif typeface, I'm not sure...

By the way, the Apple Garamond isn't hard to get ahold of if, for some weird reason, you'd actually want to use it.

I thought that the modern one (late 2002+) was a tweaked Arial Black

Huh... Could be. Haven't seen it too closely. Wouldn't it be ironic if the font WAS Ariel, seeing how that's the PC's answer to Helvetica?

Or maybe I'm just talkin' outta my rear again... Dunno.

Any type nuts out there have the official scoop?

Anna, you might be on to something...

The new font they're using is Myriad. Not sure which version exactly. I think it's a tweaked version of Myriad Pro.

Ahhhhhh. Yep. Just took a peek at a box nearby. I think you're right.
