Now that I have recently had my video encoding problems solved by everyone here on the forum...its time for audio!

Is there any way to currently retain the Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD audio from Blu-Ray disks or MKVs? It might be a bit excessive, but my goal is perfection.

I am not sure if these audio tracks can be contained within a file that the AppleTV is able to play. The current Apple TV anyway...an update could be upon us that offers 1080p playback...maybe HD audio too??

Thoughts? Options?

Thanks everyone.
