AppleTV with older TV

I have an older HD TV without HDMI and optical audio and really would like the new :apple:TV. What I currently do: Connect my MacBook Pro from Mini DisplayPort to DVI then a headphone jack adapter to Red and White. I was wondering if there is a way to connect the new :apple:TV that way with DVI and red and white plugs.
