Archiving Mail, missing all content. :(

I used Mail os x to check my work email, since I have another job now, I have been disconnected from the server, still I was able to see all my previous emails, however I had a window notification that I was offline every couple of seconds actually, it was so annoying that I selected all the inbox email and click archived.
now all the email is there but without any CONTENT! I have tried to move it back to the inbox but nothing happens.

please help!
