I thought it was sometime in September or October...

You're talking about "Talk Like A Pirate" Day, right?

I know of that particular day (we drove all the teachers at school crazy with it last year :D ) but I'm talking about something different. Last year on April Fools day, every member's ranking was given a pirate equivalent - "Matey", "Coxswain", "Town Clerk" etc...

This pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants.

The bartender says, "Hey, you know you've got a steering wheel in your pants?"

The pirate says, "Yarrr..... it's drivin' me nuts!"

That's because I'm not a Demi – I've got two working eyes, see.

And while we're on the subject, do you know why pirates sound like they're from Bristol? Because they Arrr!

Sorry.

Why did I just laugh at that? :p

I suspect it might be in honour of a certain eyepatch-clad poster becoming a Demi-God. But I might be wrong.

Arrr!

Quite observant of you, my friend! Top of the class...

Who said that? Who turned out the lights? :D

As for contributing, I had been putting it off for almost a year, and it was time. My ranking was nice and exclusive, yes, but now I can move up the ranks secretly and other members will eventually wonder what my actual rank is, just like Mr. Anderson and the others... ;)

P.S. Arrr matey.

That would be good as the official line, but really we were out quail hunting this week.
