I have 6 iPhones on AT&T's Mobile Share plan.  Since upgrading to the iPhone 5, 3 of the 6 iPhone's data usage isn't updating as often.  This is with the AT&T app, *DATA#, and AT&T online.  According to the online usage detail, the last date data has been updated was 10/21.  
I have posted this issue on AT&T's discussion group, called customer service, and have gone to the store. They insisted there is nothing wrong. I just can't believe there is nothing wrong when my data usage hasn't been updated in 2 weeks.
I have no idea how much data we have really used (vs what the website is saying we used). I'm afraid one day it'll catch up and I find that I have gone over.
