Ya its 20 bucks a month for unlimited, $9.99 for 1000, and $4.99 for 200
If you get the 1000 or 200 they roll over. They include picture and video messages too.

My Question was does it include Unlimited Incoming messages as in are they free or do they count out of my 200 messages for the $4.99.....I am aware of the prices and the roll over part....
No. Incoming and outgoing both come out of your package.
What I do is buy the 1000 message package, and keep adding the 200 message each month so the package doesn't expire and I get the roll over. Then when I run out of messages, (I use more than 200/mo but not much) I buy the 1000 again.
