Attached dialog screens

    Okay, so you know how in OS X save windows, open windows, etc. in all the good X programs are "attached" to the sheets that they pertain to? That is, they drop down from the title bar of the document? Why is this not the case with the print window? It should be.

    Moreover, why is that not the case with MOST apps... it's quite annoying! I can just see this turning into another one of the NavigationServices fiasco... Apple sets the standards and then no one follows them...

    Yeah, that too. I mean, Office v.X is really an X app. It completely follows all the "rules of X."

    Illustrator, I believe, doesn't. Why the hell not? Come on!

    That's another reason I like OmniWeb so much...it lives, eats and breathes like OS X.

    It's annoyiing getting used to some things acting the "OS X" way and running into some aps that don't "follow the rules", so to speak.
