    Let's hope so,

Although it does appear confined to Oz, HK and Singapore...

Yeah I just noticed this as well. Probably just maintenance or a Au price reduction.

    *lives in hope* :D

Probably because it is office hours here... then in 12 hours the US store will go down... and perhaps coordinate all the stores worldwide for a simultaneous launch!

Damned, just gotta dream sometimes :)

Or maybe it is a Macbook - Steve Irwin edition

    Crikey!

Why not make it more exciting indeed, a slew of announcements during the headup to the expo rather than saving all for one event (which is kinda meh if it proves to be disappointing!)

Only seems to be the Asian landing pad stores that are down.

    Probably just maintenance. :)

I'm going to be trying to convince a work colleague to buy a Mac at 1PM. Apple has 20 minutes to get its **** together...

Why do maintainance on a friday afternoon when office types are bored and potentially surfing around their store when they can do it at night when they are out for some R&R?

    Something big is coming

Where the imacs already introduced in the Australian Apple Store page? I just can't imagine that they'd release products in a two day span. We can dream though right?
