    Typical

Telstra is not particularly interested in the Mac OS. It took a teenager to write a log-in script for Mac users to be able to use Telstra as an ISP. He should be made G-G. Telstra finally got around to it.
The majority of Aussie companies are Mac unaware or if aware, have no idea even that OS X exists and it is no surprise that Telstra- consumer unfriendly as it is- would launch a Music Service (how many songs?) and that it would be WMA.
Telstra is the classic example of the unofficial MS "subsidiary." I hope the legal kinks get worked out soon with Apple and the music labels so iTunes can blow Telstra's tempest in a teacup away with hurricane power!

Interesting, you don't need any sort of crazy login scripts for Telstra in NZ. They've even got an OS X install guide (and one for OS 9), complete with screenshots, on their website!

    Ah well.

The more competition the more who lose when Apple DESTROYS THEM ALL!

I just tried buying something using Windows, and it says you have to be a resident of Australia :(

Everything from Telstra sucks ever since they were privatised. They have control over all the other phone companies and ISPs.

I wish Telstra would enable our local exchange for ADSL!
