I would like to play avi files on my tv. What exactly are my options? I see that i'm able to import them in toast but i wanted to check to see if anyone has tried this (either burning onto a dvd or cd). Can dvd players automatically play video cds as well and how does that differ from super video cds? If i burn it onto a dvd is there a way to create a menu so i could have multiple movies on one dvd since each avi file is only like 500 megs a piece? How exactly do imovie and idvd fit into this (or even final cut pro) do they offer easier solutions than what i'm currently proposing? Should the dvds be dvd-r or would dvd+r work (and what exactly is the difference i've seen people saying all sorts of stuff about both that can't all be true)? Sorry for all the questions but this whole issue is sort of perplexing, especially with all the conflicting comments on this forum.
Thanks,
Stephen
