Avid (ProTools) acquires Sibelius

    Should I be worried? I know nothing about Avid. But Sibelius is a program I use every day on my Mac, probably more than any other. :confused:

    It's somewhat odd b/c Pro Tool's midi side is not good at all. They had thought about dropping midi altogether at one point, for Pro Tools. They are not really seen as a company with similar interests as Sibelius. It would be better if cubase, or Apple (Logic) bought Sibelius IMO. Imagine Logic sequencer with Sibelius notation..... ahhh....
