Ok so here's the deal. I recently updated "Messages +" on my phone and I personally feel that it blows huge, hairy monkey balls. I'm not a big fan of how the message instantly disappears after you hit send. I liked how it used to leave the window up after I hit send and I could simply click the little x at the top when I was done.

Now.... My wife's phone still has the previous version of "Messages +" which does not blow huge, hairy monkey balls. It works the way I prefer it to. So what I would like to do is back-up the version on her phone and somehow restore it to my phone and never update "Messages +" again for fear of a repeat of this evil monkey balls situation.

So my question is, is there a way of doing this? I've heard of "PkgBackup" but have never used it so i'm not sure if it would work for my situation or not.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
