Does anyone know of a backup program that will automatically mount my FW hard drive back up my data, then unmount/spin down the HD? I currently use little shell script that I made, but it seems to act up for no aparent reason from time to time with lots of errors. I would really like a graphical program that will mount/unmout the drive as well as backup. And I don't want to just click "Put the hard disk(s) to sleep when possible" in prefs, because I am constantly on, and off my computer and I don't want the internal drives spinng down, just the external. Unless you know of a way to apply that option to just the External? any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Just downloaded SuperDuper, it doesn't have options to mount/unmount, but it does have options to run shell scripts before, and after the backup, so if I make a script to mount, and a script to unmount I could run those before and after. I don't really want to pay for it though :) LOL I will if I have to. any other ideas?
