iPod Bah! i give up

I changed my blue iTunes 7 icon to green and i did a whole lotta work to get the entire icon database to go from blue to green and i just restarted my machine and now the blue icon is mysteriously back. I give up, seems this thing is determined to stay.

Is there a utility to change icon's for OS X? There are some other icon's i'd like to change.
