I was having some battery issues, and was trying to decide if it was a worn out battery or a defective charger. I thought I should probably try resetting the PMU to see if that helped before running out and replacing the battery/charger.

Anyways, after resetting the PMU I restarted the machine, and it told me that it would take over 35 hours to charge the battery full. Hmm, I checked coconutBattery and got this information (see attached image)

Any thoughts on what is going on?

    Sweet.
    You battery is evolving.
You just got a huge boost in capacity.

Try draining the battery all the way down.
    Then charge it backup.
That should take care of it.

I let the battery drain until my Powerbook slept, then connected the charger. Still shows super high capacity.
