I purchased a 24" Aluminum iMac a while back (February), and noticed that the keyboard has bent! At the moment, the spacebar won't work very well, so I need it replaced.

This seems like a stupid question, but is something like this covered under warranty. I didn't do anything on my own action to physically damage the product, it just stopped functioning, and I then noticed it was bent. Is it worth contacting Apple about, or should I shell out the cash for a new KB? My iMac is still covered by Applecare to my knowledge.
