If Apple won't reduce the prices of their older Macs, leave it to a third party to do it!

The deal at Microcenter for the new macbook pro is far better than B&H - $200 off. :)

Look it up.

Please MR, use the format from the MacMall article:

for $<now> ($<discount> off, regular $<earlier>)

instead of:

$<now>, down from $<earlier>

which even lacks the discount amount.

Are people really so math-challenged that, given the current and the previous price, they really need someone to provide the difference so they can determine whether it's a good deal or not?

Perhaps they should also include the percentage discount based on both the original price and the new price, and include tax tables for New York residents.

Looks like they have a massive inventory.

I think a fair price today is getting the new Macbook Pro (sans touchbar) for $1300. Bet you can find that %14 discount somewhere.

The apple watch link at B&H isn't good any more, they're out of that deep discounted one.

Dang, that $1699 15" MBP 2015 is yelling at me.

I do not need another Mac, but there are many times lately I wish I did not have to go upstairs to fire up the iMac (I am grateful to have it, but I'd like mobility especially to help with requests mom has). I am over iPads.

I'm sorry. But it's absolutely disgraceful that even with a substantial discount Apple doesn't have a single offering under $999.

After trying a new 15" MB at the Apple store, and realizing they are not Apple's early 'April Fool' joke, I broke down and ordered a new Mid-2015 2.5/16/512/370.

The new one looks nice in either gray or silver, but the touchbar is pure gimmickry, and the trackpad absurdly large and was not very good at ignoring extraneous input. And, of course, there is the whole dongle nonsense, exorbitant pricing, etc.

First I ordered 15" mid-2015 2.2/16/256 for $1,699. After thinking over and considering Crystallwell (circa 2013 Haswell processor), outdated RAM clock and look cancelled. $300 off does not justify buying 3 year old hardware.
