Better every other month than every other week. There would be far too much confusion if people anticipated the next release of bi-Pods.

Actually a friend of mine recently said the same thing as this guy...it's ridiculous though; before the nano and the 5G, the last major iPod update was the shuffle, which was over 10 months ago. iPods have been revised (or new lines added) on an average of 1 every 6 months over the 4 years since the iPod was introduced.

This isn't news, this isn't even Mac news. It was a joke, 3 seconds of mild laughter.

I predict this thread goes to 300 posts, 95% will be "correcting" him with precise figures on the update pattern of the ipod.

    i second that!

remember the fake story about the "harry potter suicide", good grief... people around here crack me up sometimes :D

But the thread title was misleading... but seriously, if anybody bothered actually looking at the article it was pretty apparent that it was in jest.

I don't like to nitpick, but I think you have your numbers very wrong. No more than 93% of posts--AT MOST--will correct his figures. Please check your figures more carefully in future.

Wow. Reading some of those comments, I know why PC users are afraid of us. You think this site has zealots. It was a joke people! Bill has like every iPod ever made.

    Some people, sheesh.

Maher is great, his show is great. We need more like him to be speaking out.
