    MY computer is using an immense amount of ram what can i do, i already have 1GB shouldnt that be enough, all suggestions welcome.

    What do you do on it? Have you tried restarting?

    only run the occasional ppc program, about 12 hours after it bein on the page out way outnumber the page ins were talkkin roughly 231000 pageouts to about 161000 page ins, any suggestions.

    make sure both sticks are working. there is a chance one may be dead. if they are working then more ram is the way to go

    you can test the sticks by running the apple hardware test which comes on the disks your macbook came with.

    try restarting and see if that makes a difference
