Hi!

I bought an iPod Shuffle 2nd Generation on Ebay. What attracted me to this item was the fact it was Sealed, and it was Limited Edition Gold (Avon Special). Once I received the item I had noticed the iPod is actually upside down in the box. Is this a fault done by Apple/Avon or have I been scammed?

how much did you pay for that?
I paid $80AUD for actual item, and a further $20AUD for shipping. Seller has agreed for me to send it back to him, but I don't want him to sell it to someone else on the precinct that it's in Brand New Condition. I have yet to come to a conclusion on keeping it, and learn from my mistakes or send it back!

Well if you decide to send it back, make sure you get money back first... The seller already tried to scam you once, I guarantee they'll try again if handed the chance.
