Hi, I upgraded to Mountain Lion on launch day (did a clean install) and have noticed a couple of bugs when I dock my Macbook Air to an external monitor that I wasn't experiencing before with Lion. The main one that bugs me is that now there is a lag whenever I'm downloading something. Everything is fast and smooth, but then as soon as I download something on iTunes or am watching a video and it is buffering, the whole system slows down, but as soon as its done downloading everything is fast and smooth once again. Only happens while I have it hooked up to my external monitor. The second is that the icons on my desktop don't realign automatically like they used to in Lion when switching between the external monitor and the laptops built-in screen. So if I'm on the external monitor the icons are spaced weird, so I auto align them and then they are normal, but then when I undock and use only my laptop all the icons are now on top of each other and i have to align them again. Other than that, everything is working great with Mountain Lion. If anyone can help me out with those two issues I would greatly appreciate it. If not, how long does Apple usually take to fix these kinds of bugs after releasing a new os?
