Burning an encrypted dvd with toast

My friend made a DVD of the music festivals we went to this summer, with footage he captured from TV. Because about 20 of us wanted a copy, he just released it as a password protected .rar file via torrents. The problem Im having is when I go into Toast and select burn dvd from VIDEO_TS, it tells me its encrypted. How do I go about burning it onto disc from here?
