i have a video that is in .DAT format. How, if possible do i burn it as a VCD with Toast 5.2 or with Toast 6. Do i need to covert it to another format (mpg, bin) first. If so how do i do that.

Is this even possible to burn. Thanks.

on a vcd the mpeg file is called AVSEQnn.DAT so you should be able to rename the file(s) to .mpeg and then drop them in to toast and burn them

Thanks, I have found the .dat file but either renamed or not when I try to burn it to DVD within Toast I get this error - Couldn't complete the last command because of a Mac OS Error. Result Code = -208
