    No wonder he can get away with his shenanigans. It would appear that the US public just doesn't care.

    It's a worry that the most powerful person in the world gets voted in by such an apathetic lot, who only respond to images and sound-bite politics.

    Speaking for myself, I'm hardly apathetic, I simply don't expect George Bush to say anything new or especially interesting.

    Cuz it was a snoozer. Even though I like Brit Hume as a journalist, he wasn't tough enough (allowed to be tough enough?) with Bush. Let's see Bush face a prosecutor on tape that will eventually be leaked to the public and see how he does.
