    Hmm. This is being sold as a CTU, and given the way it's described, it sounds like it might be a good idea.

    But in the hands of the present government, you'll excuse me if I say it conjures up ghosts of Nixon and J. Edgar. Who will be watching the Watchmen?

    It seems we're now modelling the UK's plan. This new agency sounds a lot like MI-5, while CIA is still comparable to MI-6.

    A couple of years ago, I might have been stupid enough to go along with this. Now, I'm not so sure. I've been hearing how much better the FBI and CIA are supposed to be, but from what I've read it's not going so well. Apparently, some things are worse now than they were.

    I'm as patriotic as the next American, but this still has me kinda spooked (no pun intended).
