Just wanted to double check about this: A friend of mine got a MB for graduation, white, 2.0Ghz, the basic $1299 one. She already had a laptop, so she is selling this one. It's never been opened before. Price: $1000 and I don't have to worry about taxes. Now, obviously, taxes and all I save $360 and I didn't need a new iPod anyway so we can ignore the iPod rebate, so I'll say this is a damn good deal for me. I just wanted to ask: Since it hasn't been opened before or anything, do I get the warranty straight to my name? No problems with that? Also, since it's probably an earlier edition of the MacBook is it likely that I will have some of the problems that Apple has since fixed, and how many of those problems will Apple fix for me/how long would it take for them to fix these things? But this is a good deal for me, right? You'd do it too if you were me, right?
