Calendar events and notification Center bug

When I swipe down to access the notification center it is not showing my all day events that I have on my calendar anyone know why

As you can see in various existing calendar/notification center threads, this is how it is right now. No one knows if it's by design on purpose or perhaps some sort of a bug, but for now, that's how it is.
