I know that there was an application for jailbroken iphones that let you use the iphone camera and it would also let you zoom in. Does anybody know of an application for the 2.0 that does the same?

Since the iPhone camera doesn't actually have a zoom lens, all that app was doing is digital zoom, which you can do in iPhoto or photoshop or whatever you use.
