A friend of mine just introduced me to Camino because my firefox has been playing up big time. He said there has just been a new release out, 1.1 or something. Except i can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

According to this page, Camino 1.1 is still in beta testing. I'm not sure where you got that information from.

The nightlies of Camino are really stable, more so than IE6 in my experience.

Ok great. I downloaded the nightly so should be fine. Do i have to go to the website to download new versions? I can't find an update button anywhere.

Also, is there anyway to copy my bookmarks etc over from firefox?

AFAIK you still have to check the website to get updates, and I believe Camino has an "Import Bookmarks" option buried in there somewhere....(if you can't tell, Camino is not my default browser).
