I have a (Green) 4GB iPod shuffle 3th generation and I was wondering if it's possible to format it from fat32 to HFS. I know that if I format it will be completely blank but if I restore it to factory setting on iTunes will it still be at the HFS format or back to fat32?

I'm asking because I would like to be able to use it only on my future Macintosh and stay completely away from anything Microsoft including file systems. I've been torched enough already...

Will it work?

Although FAT32 works fine with the Mac, so it is not necessary

I know it does but I just despise every single bit of MICROSOFT!!! THEY DIE!!!!!!!

And is there any advantages of using HFS over fat32 on my iPod or is the same thing? And after I restore my iPod will it stay at HFS and not go back to faty32?
