Can I get a wire that hooks the A/V cords to Firewire?

    I need something that will enable me to Video Capture on a Mac Mini.

    Anything cheaper? I'm going to get a $800 dollar mac this summer and I want to video capture from my xbox.

    You need an Analog to Digital converter (or bridge).

    The bridge will have RCA inputs (from Xbox) to FireWire.

    Then you can import video.

    They tend to be fairly expensive..... however... some digital video cameras can do this function, too, in real time while others can't. Depends.

    I would be surprised if you could find a video capture device fast enought to run your xbox...Let us all know if it happens.
