iPod touch Can I use web based email with the ipod Touch?

Can I use web based email with the ipod Touch? That would be reason enough for me to buy one. Of course an email program built in would be better. I wonder if this will get added later, of if it eats into iPhone turf too much right now.

it is running safari, so whatever safari sees, this will see as well.

I would like a mail app, that would rock my socks..
