I would like to hook up an external keyboard and mouse or use blue tooth and have my new MacBook (should be here by June 2nd) connected to my LCD when i'm not on-the-go or need the additional screen.

Can you have your MacBook closed while hooked up to a monitor?

Absolutely. If my 1.66GHz mini duo can do it (it does), yours will be like butter. Enjoy!

Thank goodness! I mean, I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't connect my new Macbook to my 32" flatscreen while I was looking @....nevermind. :D
