can someone help me with a game I'm thinking of?

I just bought and downloaded continuity 2, a puzzle game where you have to swipe panels to create passages for your character to walk through, to find the exit. I thought i had played another game like this, and the name is escaping me, and it's really bothering me .. Any help?? Thanks!
