Can someone please overlay these before...

...I smash my monitor up.

On a new comp. No software except Graphic Converter. I've no doubt it's an excellent program but I certainly don't know how to use it - which just makes it annoying. All I want is the gravestone image scaled down over the neuron, bottom-right corners aligned (the white being transparent so we can still see the doomed nerve behind it).
